Hifumi Coach Co., Ltd. , whose management philosophy is "Let's find the greatest happiness for everyone," is committed to spreading the idea of coaching not just as a communication skill, but as a philosophy for living a happy life, using its unique coaching method, "Hifumi Coach."
He offers online professional coaching training courses for parents and educators, as well as for business people. He is also actively involved in delivering "Hifumi Coaching" classes to not only adults but also elementary, middle, and high school students, in order to develop people who can think for themselves.
The online group coaching entrepreneurship school , Hifumi Entrepreneurship School , which began in January 2017, has been well-received, with 30% of the students living overseas.
In April 2024, we will open Hifumi Gakuen, an alternative school that connects Iwamura with the world. We are creating a place to develop children's learning and working abilities.
She has written many books, including "I started an online business from home," "I started using Zoom," "Morning rituals to open yourself up," and "Evening rituals to relax yourself."

Copywriter, picture book author, interviewer. Public relations officer, facilitator and professional coach for the Hifumi Entrepreneurship School.
She moved to Santa Monica, USA in 2007 and Vancouver, Canada in 2010. While enjoying life on the West Coast, she used what she learned in counseling, healing and coaching to create picture books, novels, essays and other works in collaboration with other artists.
We also write copy and conduct interviews to bring out a person's "love and mission," and hold numerous local and online events inviting guests who are at the forefront of various fields.
As a researcher and curator at IKIGAI, my mission is to pick up research and information from around the world and deliver it to you through the power of words.
